Custom Order Quotes
All quotes from Artful Mac are valid until the specified due date of deposit or full payment. All orders remain unconfirmed until a deposit is made and can be cancelled by Artful Mac at any time if your invoice remains unpaid after the specified date.
To secure your booking a 50% non refundable* deposit is required by the due date specified on your quote. The remaining balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to pick up or delivery date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded
All orders under $150 require full payment upfront.
Minimum custom order amount is12 macarons/per flavour
Cancellations & Changes.
Minor alterations to design can be made up to 3 weeks prior to the date of event.
Quantity changes can also be made up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event however keep in mind that our minimum quantity still applies to custom orders and can not be smaller than MQR specified by Artful Mac .
Any additions to the design and additional quantities of macarons will result in a rework of the original quoted price and the extra cost will be due and payable on the due date of the balance.
Any changes to quantity or design that result in a price reduction will also be reflected in a new quote and the new balance will remain due & payable on the agreed due date.
*Cancellations can be made up to 3 weeks prior to the event. There is an administration cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit amount.
We are unable to offer cancellation refunds or date changes under any circumstances including COVID-19 restrictions or lockdowns with in the 3 weeks prior to your event date as production of your order will have begun and we are unable to on sell customised designs.
When you place your customised order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read and understood them.
Pre-order holiday themed packs shown in the shop are as pictured and can not be modified.
Our holiday packs are available on a pre-order basis with specified dates to order by & pre determined delivery/pick up dates.
Pre-order packs can be cancelled within 24hrs of ordering with a full refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We take full care when handling orders & do everything in our power to prevent the possibility of any damages once they leave our premises, however we don't take responsibility for any damages once picked up by a third party (yourself or courier)
Wedding & Corporate events
Large orders for these events will be personally set up by the Artful Mac unless otherwise organised. Once set up, Artful Mac will no longer be responsible for any damage that may occur by a third party person (eg: caterers/staff or guests at function centres/Venues)
Display Towers are available to hire for your event, we have 2 different styles:
Clear plastic stand at a cost of $20.00 plus $80.00 refundable security bond**
Stained wood/White wood , round or square stand at a cost of $100.00 plus $400.00 refundable security bond**
**Towers must be returened in original condition & undamaged within 2 business days from date of event. Photographs of each tower will be taken once set up. If damaged, or not returned within 2 business days from the event date, Artful Mac reserves the right to keep the security bond in order to repair or replace the damaged/unreturned tower.
We love taking pictures of the macarons that we create for you & reserve the right to use these images across our social accounts for marketing purposes. If you don't want us to show off your order then this needs to be specified at the time of placing your order.
Discount codes are not valid on custom orders unless otherwise stated. They are available for the specified time frame determined by Artful Mac.
