Let me tell you a bit about my baking journey.
I started cake decorating many moons ago for my daughters first birthday, my mum had bought a copy of the woman's weekly birthday cakes edition & from it I chose to make a 2d butterfly that was decorated with coloured buttercream & mixed lollies. From that, each year, I continued to make her a fancy cake for her birthday & over the years I took many a cake decorating & baking class to expand my skills. I eventually started a cake & cupcake business & over time attempted to make the finicky French Macaron. I'd try a batch, fail, go back to my cakes for a bit then try again. This cycle went on for ages, during which I finished working for myself, helped open Adelaide's Bake Boss store which I managed & taught classes for then worked for Christarella Cakes creating 3d novelty cakes & beautiful wedding cakes, all the while in my spare time still attempting to bake the perfect macaron!!

Fast forward to now, my daughters all grown up, & i have finally mastered the Macaron which has brought me so much happiness that now I want to share that happiness with you!
I'm the one woman show behind this business & will be there with you every step of the way, from concept to the finished design. My macarons are filled with Ganache's made from the finest French & Belgium chocolates the world has to offer, pure double cream from Adelaide hills very own Tweedvale in Lobathal & a host of fruit purees, homemade confiture's & curds, salted caramel, crumble's, marshmallow & freeze dried fruits.
All of my macarons are baked fresh to order & are 100% homemade with a mountain of tears & love.
